| 2/ What is the difference between single entry visa and multiple entry visa? - For single entry visa: You can enter and exit Vietnam 1 time - For multiple entry visa: You can enter and exit Vietnam more than 1 time. For example: You can apply for this type of visa in case you would like to enter Cambodia, Laos or any other country from Vietnam and then re-enter without having to apply for another single visa. |
3/ What is the "Visa Approval Letters" The "Visa Approval Letter" is the letter which approved by Vietnam Immigration Department who will allows you enter and exit Vietnam based on your time staying in Vietnam. With the Approval Letter, you can get Vietnam Visa Stamp at Vietnam consulates/embassies or at Vietnam international airports in Hanoi, Danang and Ho Chi Minh City). |
| 4/ How we will get the "Visa Approval Letters" |
By filling and send us soon the "Visa Application Form" and "Payment Form", we will bring it to Vietnam Immigration Department to making the approval letter for you. It will take from 2-3 days to finish it and we will send you the Approval Letters to you via mail. You then have to print them out and keep for coming to Vietnam to get the Visa Stamp at Immigration Desk at the airport on your arrival. |

+ Real and 6 months valid Passport + 02 Pictures with size (4cm x 6cm) |
| 6/ What is service Fee? Visa Service fee is the fee paid online to us by you in advance to get your Visa Approval Letter issued by the Vietnam Immigration Department. The prerequisite is that our company guarantees for you at the Immigration Dept., and accordingly, your visa is automatically sent from the Dept. to your arrival airport's Immigration controlling network. After receiving this approval letter, you bring it to the airport in Vietnam, pay some "Stamping fee" there, and get your visa stamp. |

| 9/ Which payment methods do you accept? + You can pay by credit card with the cheapest way. | 10/ Which citizens are exempted for Vietnam Visa + The citizens of ASIAN member countries such as: Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Myanmar, Cambodia, Lao, Philippines and Brunei are no need the Vietnam visa for visiting Vietnam within 30 days + Citizens of Korea, Japan & Scandinavians (Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Finland passport holders) are no need Vietnam visa for visit Vietnam within 15 days + All other citizens are required to get Vietnam entry visa before departure. + For those who was born in Vietnam but currently living overseas with a foreign nationality.
